After maturing for three years in the bottle, it reveals vibrant notes of red cherries, tomato leaf, and plum, followed by delicate tertiary hints of tobacco and dried fig, offering both complexity and elegance. Colour: Vibrant purple; Nose: Aromas of dark berries, plums, spice, with hints of liquorice;
Palate: Juicy entry with fruit-driven dark fruit, plums, and cloves. The wine finishes dry with well-balanced tannins from judicious wooding.
